By registering with GS India, enrolling in our training programs, or applying for overseas opportunities through us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Our Services

GS India provides licensed recruitment, training, and overseas placement services, including but not limited to:

• Career counseling and eligibility assessment.
  
  
• Language and vocational training.
  
  
• Recruitment and job placement with overseas employers.
  
  
• Visa processing, relocation assistance, and post-arrival support.
  
  

We act as a facilitator and authorized recruiting agent, not as the final employer or immigration authority.

3. Candidate Responsibilities

As a candidate, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information (documents, qualifications, and personal details).
  
  
• Attend counseling, training, and interview sessions as required.
  
  
• Follow all instructions for visa, documentation, and relocation.
  
  
• Comply with the laws and regulations of India and the destination country.
  
  

Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of services without refund.

4. Fees & Payments

• Fees for training, documentation, and recruitment services (if applicable) will be clearly communicated in writing.
  
  
• All payments must be made to GS India through official channels only.
  
  
• Any unofficial or direct payments made to third parties (agents, employers, individuals) are not the responsibility of GS India.
  
  

Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Placement & Job Offers

• GS India does not guarantee employment for every candidate.
  
  
• Final job offers depend on employer selection, candidate performance, language proficiency, and visa approval.
  
  
• Employers reserve the right to conduct their own assessments and interviews.
  
  
• GS India is not liable if a candidate is rejected by an employer, embassy, or immigration authority.
  
  

6. Limitation of Liability

GS India shall not be held responsible for:

• Delays or denials in visa approval by embassies or government authorities.
  
  
• Changes in immigration laws, employer policies, or government regulations.
  
  
• Losses, damages, or expenses incurred due to travel, relocation, or employment decisions.
  
  
• Personal conduct, discipline, or performance issues of the candidate abroad.
  
  

7. Intellectual Property

• All website content, training materials, and documentation provided by GS India are our intellectual property.
  
  
• You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute them without prior written consent.
  
  

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data will be collected, processed, and shared in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such use of your data.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions.
  
  
• Provide false or fraudulent information.
  
  
• Engage in misconduct with employers, training partners, or GS India staff.
  
  

 

10. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Training & Service Fees: Once paid, registration and training fees are generally non-refundable.
  
  
• Eligible Refunds: Partial refunds may be considered only in cases where services (such as training, documentation, or placement assistance) have not yet commenced.
  
  
• Visa Rejection: GS India is not liable for visa rejections, as final decisions are taken by embassies and immigration authorities. Fees paid toward language training, documentation, or processing are non-refundable.
  
  
• Employer Decisions: If a candidate is not selected by an overseas employer, training and processing fees remain non-refundable, as GS India has already rendered the associated services.
  
  
• Cancellations by Candidate: If a candidate voluntarily withdraws after enrollment, no refund will be issued.
  
  
• Force Majeure: Refunds are not applicable for delays or disruptions caused by events outside GS India’s control (e.g., government policy changes, natural disasters, pandemics).
  
  

All payments must be made via official GS India channels. Candidates are advised to retain receipts for reference.

 

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India

12. Updates to Terms

GS India may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
